Hi, I am Jia Qi from INVENT 360 SDN BHD. I am writing this to you as I am seeking a venue for the event - Company Gathering Dinner Night. Also there will be 6 guests who will only be staying one night after the event, so are there any chances there are still rooms available?
Below are the detail of the following event:
Event: Company Gathering Dinner Party
Date: 11 December
No pax attending the event : 30- 35 pax
No pax staying after the event: 6 pax (Seeking for rooms/ 6 single room prefered)
Event time: might start at 7pm
Food & beverage: Foods (halal) & wine (must) / is it okay to bring in our own catering lorry ?
Car Park requires: how many cars can be parked if there is a carpark there? Carpark fee charging?
